Job Responsibilities
- Manage insurance, corporate and patient receivables
- Oversee reconciliations, cash application, aging and provisions
- Ensure month-end closing, reporting and IFRS compliance
- Lead the AR team and improve collections and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 in healthcare and 3+ in team management
- Strong in insurance receivables, payer settlements and reconciliations
- Oracle Fusion, advanced Excel and NPHIES knowledge preferred; CMA/IFRS a plus
- English required; Arabic highly desirable
