AC Technician / Package Unit – Job Description

About the Role

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician / Package Unit to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in HVAC systems, particularly in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including package units, split systems, and central AC units.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and perform diagnostic tests.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system longevity and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with local regulations while working on AC units.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to provide technical advice and recommendations.
• Keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance logs, and parts inventory.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician, preferably with package units.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and HVAC system blueprints.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with split ACs, VRFs, chillers, and ducted systems.
• Ability to use tools such as vacuum pumps, refrigerant gauges, and multimeters.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and flexible hours when required.
