Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0-1 year of experience in accounting or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Production Department.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Doctorate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
