Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the administrative needs of our retail team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant at Talentrio, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and reports.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the admin team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases for inventory, payroll, and employee data.
  • Assisting in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Handling office supplies procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Supporting HR functions such as onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Providing administrative support to senior management as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in retail administration is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduation/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws is preferred.
