Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry. Based in Abu Dhabi City, this full-time role requires 5-10 years of administrative experience, with a strong focus on coordination, documentation, and operational support. The ideal candidate will have a Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field and a proven track record in managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the Administration Department. Your duties will include:
- Coordinating day-to-day administrative activities to support business operations.
- Managing documentation, reports, and records with high accuracy.
- Liaising between departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication.
- Overseeing office supplies, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Assisting in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supporting project teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this Administrator role, candidates must possess the following:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education & Experience
- Graduation or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
