Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Technician to join our Operations Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of technical experience in agricultural operations, particularly within the Oil & Gas or Engineering sectors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing agricultural systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices within project sites.
• Conduct soil and water quality tests to support environmental and agricultural assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to integrate agricultural solutions into construction and engineering projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to irrigation, fertilization, and crop management systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all agricultural operations.
• Maintain detailed records of agricultural activities, including resource usage and crop yields.
• Provide technical support to field teams and contractors on agricultural best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in agricultural operations, preferably in Oil & Gas or Engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and soil management techniques.
