About the Role

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Agriculture Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the agriculture industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting agricultural operations, ensuring optimal crop production, and maintaining farming equipment.

As an Agriculture Technician, you will work closely with farm managers and other team members to implement best practices in crop management, pest control, and irrigation systems. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of agricultural operations, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation.
• Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures as needed.
• Operate and maintain farming equipment, ensuring all machinery is in good working condition.
• Collect and analyze soil and plant samples to assess nutrient levels and recommend improvements.
• Follow sustainable farming practices to enhance crop yield and environmental conservation.
• Document farming activities, including crop cycles, inputs used, and yield reports.
• Collaborate with agronomists and other experts to optimize agricultural processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international agricultural regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in agricultural operations, preferably in a technical role.
• Hands-on experience with farming equipment and irrigation systems.
• Knowledge of pest and disease management in crops.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining agricultural machinery.
• Understanding of soil science and plant nutrition.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for crop management.
• Familiarity with sustainable farming techniques.

Soft Skills:
