Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabricator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in welding and fabrication, along with an ITI certification. This full-time role is based in Kuwait City, Al Asimah, and offers a competitive salary range of 2-4 LPA.

As an Aluminium Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling aluminium components to create high-quality products. Your expertise in fabrication techniques will ensure precision and durability in all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to fabricate aluminium components.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape aluminium sheets, bars, and extrusions using specialized tools and machinery.
• Weld and assemble aluminium parts using techniques such as TIG welding and MIG welding.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Maintain fabrication equipment, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize fabrication processes.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Handle raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in aluminium fabrication techniques (cutting, welding, bending, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with fabrication tools (e.g., saws, grinders, drills, welding machines).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience:

• ITI certification in Welding, Fabrication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in aluminium fabrication or a similar role.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility in Jibla, Kuwait City. The work environment requires:
