Job Overview

As an Aluminium Fabricator with Royal Rich HR, you will be responsible for creating, assembling, and installing high-quality aluminium products for various construction projects across Dubai and the broader UAE region. This hands-on role requires technical expertise in metal fabrication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision on architectural aluminium components including windows, doors, curtain walls, and structural frameworks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Our Aluminium Fabricators play a crucial role in delivering premium construction solutions. Successful candidates will be expected to:

Fabrication & Production

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for aluminium products
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble aluminium components using specialized fabrication equipment
• Operate machinery including saws, drills, punches, shears, and CNC equipment for aluminium processing
• Fabricate and assemble aluminium windows, doors, frames, and structural components
• Perform precision cutting and machining of aluminium extrusions to exact specifications

Installation & On-site Work

• Install fabricated aluminium products at construction sites across Dubai and Sharjah
• Ensure proper fitting and alignment of aluminium systems including glass and glazing components
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of aluminium elements
• Conduct on-site measurements and adjustments as necessary for perfect installation

Quality Control & Maintenance

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot fabrication issues, implementing corrective actions
• Maintain fabrication equipment and tools in optimal working condition
• Adhere to strict quality control protocols throughout the fabrication process
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in aluminium fabrication
• Proven track record in construction industry fabrication work
• Experience with aluminium welding, cutting, and assembly techniques
• Familiarity with various aluminium grades and their applications in construction
• Background working with architectural aluminium systems and components

Education & Certification

• Higher Secondary certificate or equivalent qualification
• Technical certification in welding, metal fabrication, or related field (preferred)
• Safety training certifications relevant to construction and fabrication work

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Expertise in operating aluminium fabrication machinery and tools
• Strong measurement and mathematical skills for precision work
• Knowledge of aluminium joining techniques including mechanical fastening and welding
• Understanding of surface treatment processes for aluminium products

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions
• Comfort working at heights and in different weather conditions on construction sites
