About the Role
HR GLOBAL REACH is seeking a skilled Aluminium Technician to join our dynamic engineering team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time position in the manufacturing sector, focusing on aluminium fabrication, installation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience and a strong technical background to ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise cutting, shaping, and assembling of aluminium components according to technical specifications.
- Operate and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment used in aluminium fabrication.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet industry standards and company requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair aluminium structures, ensuring durability and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to execute manufacturing plans efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Document production processes and provide reports on work progress.
- Assist in the installation and finishing of aluminium products at client sites if required.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in aluminium fabrication techniques (welding, cutting, polishing).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CNC machines, laser cutters, and other fabrication tools.
- Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Education & Experience:
- Doctorate in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication or a similar role.
- Certification in welding or metalwork is a plus.
Work Environment
This role is based in our manufacturing facility in Diriyah, Riyadh. The Aluminium Technician will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with exposure to heavy machinery and tools. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and adherence to safety regulations is strictly enforced.
