Key Responsibilities

The Aluminum Fabricator will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing aluminum components to meet project specifications. Key duties include:

• Measuring, cutting, and shaping aluminum sheets and profiles using specialized tools.
• Assembling fabricated aluminum parts into finished products.
• Operating machinery such as CNC machines, drills, and saws.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Ensuring all fabricated components meet quality and safety standards.
• Performing routine maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Collaborating with engineers and designers to refine product specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in aluminum fabrication techniques (cutting, welding, bending).
• Experience with hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, grinders).
• Ability to read and execute designs from blueprints.
• Knowledge of CNC machining is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication or a related field.
• Certification in welding or metalwork is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy materials.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The work involves:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to loud noises and machinery.
• Following strict safety protocols (PPE provided).

This is not a remote position; on-site presence is required.
