Job Overview
HR GLOBAL REACH is seeking a skilled Aluminum Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in aluminum fabrication within the manufacturing industry. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will contribute to high-quality fabrication projects while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for aluminum fabrication.
- Measure, cut, bend, and assemble aluminum components using specialized tools and machinery.
- Perform welding, soldering, and other fabrication techniques to join metal parts.
- Inspect fabricated products for quality, precision, and compliance with specifications.
- Operate CNC machines, laser cutters, and other fabrication equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
- Document fabrication processes, materials used, and project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in aluminum fabrication techniques (cutting, welding, bending).
- Experience with CNC machines, laser cutting, and other fabrication tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of quality control standards in manufacturing.
Soft Skills

Education & Experience
- Doctorate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

This role is based on-site at our manufacturing facility in Diriyah, Riyadh. The position involves working in a workshop environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and metal materials. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
