Job Overview

As an Aluminum Welder (TIG/MIG/ARC), you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing aluminum structures and components used in the Oil & Gas industry. Your role will involve working with various welding techniques, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG, MIG, and ARC welding on aluminum components for industrial applications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect welded joints for structural integrity and conformity to standards.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize fabrication processes.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and ARC welding techniques.
• Experience working with aluminum materials and alloys.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with welding equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Graduation in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on welding experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) is a plus.
