About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled AOV/MOV Diagnostic Testers to join our Operations team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a critical role in the nuclear energy and power generation sector, focusing on the diagnostic testing and maintenance of Air-Operated Valves (AOVs) and Motor-Operated Valves (MOVs). The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in valve diagnostics, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an AOV/MOV Diagnostic Tester, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic testing of AOVs and MOVs to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyzing test results and identifying potential issues in valve operations.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on valves as required.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and implement testing protocols.
• Ensuring compliance with nuclear safety regulations and company standards.
• Preparing detailed reports on testing procedures, findings, and recommendations.
• Training junior technicians on diagnostic techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all testing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• A Diploma or Graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in diagnostic testing of valves, preferably in the nuclear energy or power generation sector.
• Proven expertise in operating diagnostic equipment and interpreting test data.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of AOV/MOV valve systems and their operational principles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as valve test benches, torque analyzers, and pressure gauges.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, and IEEE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Soft Skills:
