Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aseptic Manufacturing professional to join our team in Bangalore. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders looking to build a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The position involves working in a controlled environment to ensure sterile production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow aseptic techniques to maintain sterile conditions during manufacturing processes.
• Operate and monitor equipment used in the production of biopharmaceuticals.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist in routine cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing areas.
• Document production activities accurately and maintain batch records.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and compliance knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic knowledge of aseptic techniques in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment.

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Work Environment

This role is based at our Electronic City, Bangalore facility. The job requires working in a cleanroom environment with strict hygiene and safety protocols. Candidates must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
