Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Asphalt Milling Operator with a valid Saudi License to join our client's team in Al Sulimaniyah, Riyadh. This entry-level position (0-1 year experience) offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in road construction and asphalt milling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt milling machines to remove worn or damaged pavement surfaces
• Follow project specifications for milling depth and width requirements
• Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Coordinate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor milling process to maintain proper grade and slope
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Saudi License for asphalt milling operations (or ability to obtain one)
• Higher Secondary education (minimum requirement)
• 0-1 year experience in asphalt milling or related construction work
• Basic understanding of road construction processes
• Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, noise)
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends if required

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with different types of milling machines
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
• Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
