We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver (Indian License) to join our construction team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves operating paving equipment to lay asphalt on roads, highways, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paving and a strong understanding of construction safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment efficiently.
• Ensure smooth and accurate asphalt application on surfaces.
• Monitor asphalt temperature and adjust equipment settings as needed.
• Work alongside a team to complete paving projects on schedule.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet project specifications.
• Assist in manual paving tasks when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in operating asphalt paving machinery.
• Knowledge of asphalt mixing, spreading, and compacting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.

• Physical stamina to work long hours in challenging conditions.

Education and Experience:

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in asphalt paving or related construction roles.
• Valid Indian driver’s license with experience operating heavy machinery.

This role is based in Al Sulimaniyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The job involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures. Safety gear and training will be provided to ensure compliance with industry standards.
