Production Management
- Oversee daily assembly operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently
- Develop and implement production schedules, adjusting as needed to accommodate changing priorities
- Monitor assembly line performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage assembly line supervisors and production staff
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement development plans
- Coordinate training programs to enhance team skills and safety awareness
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
- Address personnel issues promptly and effectively in accordance with company policies
Quality Control

Assembly Manager Requirements and Qualifications
