Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Assistant HVAC Technician to join our operations team in Abu Dhabi. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers or candidates with minimal experience in HVAC systems within the manufacturing or oil & gas industry. The successful candidate will assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration units.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues in HVAC equipment.
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines while working on-site.
• Assist in cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating HVAC components for efficient operation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Learn and adhere to industry best practices for HVAC system maintenance.
• Operate tools and equipment safely under supervision.
• Assist in preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or a similar industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in HVAC repairs.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical components in HVAC units.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
