Assistant Miller – Full Time Position

We are a leading Food & Beverage production company in Kuwait, seeking an experienced Assistant Miller to join our dynamic team in Dasman. Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Miller, you will play a critical role in our production department, supporting milling operations and ensuring efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the head miller in daily milling operations, including grain processing, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitoring milling machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Conducting regular inspections of raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations.
• Assisting in inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods tracking.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and reporting major concerns to the maintenance team.
• Maintaining accurate production records and reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in milling, food production, or a related field.
• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of milling machinery and food processing equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving minor operational issues.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in shifts and performing manual tasks when required.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with automated milling systems.
• Experience with HACCP or other food safety certifications.
• Knowledge of inventory management software.

Job Location & Work Environment
