Job Description: Assistant Operator (Rollman)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Operator (Rollman) to join our production team in Kuwait City. This is a full-time position within the Food & Beverage industry, focusing on supporting the production line to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production processes, machine operations, and safety protocols. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Operator (Rollman), your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assist the primary operator in managing and maintaining production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
• Support in inventory management, ensuring raw materials and supplies are available as needed.
• Document production data, including output quantities, defects, and machine performance.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Education: Higher Secondary (or equivalent) required.
• Basic knowledge of machine operations and maintenance.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights when necessary.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

Work Location
