Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Salesman, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth retail operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is well-organized.
- Processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and restocking shelves.
- Collaborating with senior sales staff to implement sales strategies.
- Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary.
- Staying updated on product knowledge and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Requirements:
