Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting land surveys and measurements using advanced surveying equipment.
• Support senior surveyors in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting field data for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using CAD software.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments for accurate measurements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey data.
• Assist in boundary marking, topographic surveys, and other geodetic measurements.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during fieldwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in land measurement techniques and tools (e.g., Total Stations, GPS devices).
• Basic knowledge of CAD software for drafting survey plans.
• Understanding of construction and civil engineering principles.

Education & Experience:

• ITI certification in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in land surveying within the Construction industry.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with project stakeholders.

Work Environment
