The Assistant Insulator position is a critical support role within our maintenance department. You will work under the guidance of senior insulation technicians and engineers to ensure that all insulation applications meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties

As an Assistant Insulator at ASMACS, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and hands-on. You will be an integral part of a team responsible for protecting equipment, conserving energy, and ensuring personnel safety through effective insulation. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Material Preparation and Handling: Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping various insulating materials, such as fiberglass, foam, cork, and mineral wool, to specified dimensions as required for the project.
• Surface Preparation: Assisting in preparing surfaces for insulation application by cleaning, drying, and smoothing them to ensure optimal adhesion and performance of the insulating materials.
• Application Support: Providing essential help in applying insulating materials to pipes, boilers, ducts, vessels, and other mechanical systems using appropriate techniques and fasteners.
• Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Safely operating hand and power tools specific to the insulation trade and ensuring they are clean, functional, and properly stored after use.
• Safety Compliance: Rigorously adhering to all company safety policies, UAE construction regulations, and protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like gloves, masks, and safety glasses.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with senior insulators, supervisors, and other construction trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Site Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, contributing to overall site safety and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
