About the Role

HR GLOBAL REACH is seeking an experienced Auto AC Technician to join our Engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in automotive air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle AC units, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on AC units, including refrigerant recharge and leak detection.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components of AC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Document service reports and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Education Level: Doctorate in Engineering or related field (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
• Experience: 1-3 years in automotive AC repair or HVAC systems.
• Certification in AC repair or related technical training is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle AC systems.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and recovery procedures.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools (manifold gauges, leak detectors, etc.).
• Understanding of electrical systems and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
