About the Role

Career Craft HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Auto AC Technician to join our automotive service team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle air conditioning systems. As an Auto AC Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all HVAC systems in vehicles are functioning optimally. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive automotive service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle air conditioning systems for faults and inefficiencies.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance of AC components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
• Recharge refrigerant levels and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Inspect electrical circuits, hoses, and belts related to HVAC systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve AC issues.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify system performance post-repair.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling and recovery procedures.
• Experience with AC charging machines and electronic leak detectors.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket AC components.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Auto AC Technician or similar role.
• Certification in HVAC or refrigerant handling (e.g., EPA 608) is a plus.
