About the Role

HR GLOBAL REACH is seeking skilled Auto Electricians to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. As an Auto Electrician in the Oil & Gas industry, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in vehicles and heavy machinery. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive electrical systems while contributing to critical operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical work, particularly in industrial or commercial settings. A strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles and heavy equipment
• Install, maintain, and upgrade automotive electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues in automotive systems
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with mechanical technicians to resolve interdisciplinary issues
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
• Keep abreast of new technologies in automotive electrical systems
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members when required

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field (required)
• Certification in Automotive Electrical Systems (preferred)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting vehicle electrical systems
• Experience working with heavy machinery and industrial vehicles

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle CAN bus systems and ECMs
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems (advantageous)
• Understanding of electrical safety protocols and best practices

Work Environment

This position is based in our Kaifan, Kuwait City facility and is not a remote role. You'll be working in a challenging yet rewarding industrial environment where safety and precision are paramount. The role may require:

• Working in various weather conditions
• Occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
