About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Welder – SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas Construction sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on welding experience, preferably in pipeline or structural fabrication. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a competitive salary range of 2-4 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) on carbon steel and alloy steel materials.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASME, AWS).
• Collaborate with fabrication teams to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) techniques.
• Strong knowledge of welding materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Knowledge of safety standards in welding and fabrication.

Education & Experience:

• ITI Certification in Welding or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAW welding, preferably in Oil & Gas Construction.
• Experience working with heavy fabrication and pipeline welding is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The role involves working in a fabrication workshop or onsite in varying weather conditions. Candidates should be prepared for:

• Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
• Exposure to fumes, heat, and loud noises (PPE provided).
• Working in confined spaces when required.
