Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in AI tool integration and automation. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions for our FinTech products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate AI/ML tools and frameworks into existing FinTech platforms
• Develop automation workflows for financial data processing and analysis
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models
• Optimize AI system performance and scalability
• Create API integrations for AI-powered financial services
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI implementation issues
• Document technical specifications and integration procedures
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends in FinTech

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years experience in AI tool integration
• Proficiency with Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with API development and integration
• Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with financial data structures and processing
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with MLOps practices
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of financial regulations/compliance
• Exposure to NLP or predictive analytics
