Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Bakers to join our client’s dynamic bakery team. This full-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates with 0-1 year of experience and a passion for baking. The role involves preparing high-quality baked goods while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to achieve desired product quality.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to avoid under/over-baking.
• Ensure all baking tools and equipment are maintained and sanitized.
• Check inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area as per food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Adhere to company policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Doctorate (or equivalent certification in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry).

Experience:

0-1 year of experience in baking or a related field (training provided for freshers).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle baking equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Work Schedule
