Soundlines Group is seeking a highly skilled Balancing Machine Operator to join our Quality Control department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role involves operating and maintaining balancing machines to ensure optimal performance in our electronics manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of machine learning applications in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain balancing machines to ensure precision and efficiency in production.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine quality checks on components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to identify and resolve defects.
• Calibrate machines and adjust settings to meet specific manufacturing requirements.
• Document machine performance and maintenance activities in detail.
• Apply machine learning techniques to optimize machine operations and predictive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Diploma or Graduation in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Balancing Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning applications in industrial settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting balancing machines.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Basic understanding of machine learning for predictive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
