About the Role

Cansun, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled Balancing Operator to join our Production team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in balancing operations, machine learning, and production workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring precision in balancing industrial equipment, maintaining operational efficiency, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain balancing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform balancing tests on rotating equipment using precision tools.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to achieve desired balance levels.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve balancing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of balancing tests and machine maintenance.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and report any hazards immediately.
• Utilize machine learning tools to analyze equipment performance and predict maintenance needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating balancing machines and tools.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment and rotating machinery.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning applications in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Attention to detail and precision in balancing operations.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Balancing Operator or in a similar role.
• Certification in balancing operations or machine maintenance is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Al Malaz, Riyadh. The position requires working in a manufacturing facility with occasional exposure to noise and machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
