Job Description

As a Banquet & Event Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel, ensuring proper staffing levels and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with event planners, clients, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all banquet operations.
