Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) to company standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring consistent quality.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding area.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.
• Upsell additional menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred).
• 0-1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in specialty coffee brewing techniques (espresso extraction, milk frothing, etc.).
• Knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
• Basic understanding of POS systems for order processing.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
