Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista/Coffee Maker to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in specialty coffee brewing, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach. This is a full-time position in the Food & Beverage industry, offering opportunities for growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Engage with customers to understand preferences, recommend products, and provide an exceptional café experience.
• Follow health and safety regulations for food and beverage handling.
• Manage inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Assist in menu development and coffee tasting sessions to ensure quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff in brewing techniques and customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in specialty coffee brewing methods (e.g., pour-over, French press, espresso).
• Excellent knowledge of coffee beans, roast profiles, and flavor pairings.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Education & Experience:

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop or café.
• Certification in barista training or coffee-making is a plus.
