Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all hotel management policies, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist in organizing and promoting bar events or special promotions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in mixing cocktails and beverages.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy hotel bar environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum education: Doctorate (or equivalent certification in hospitality/bartending).
• 0-1 year of experience in bartending or a related hospitality role.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
