Key Responsibilities & Duties
As a Battery Swapping Hub Operator and Electric Bike Service Intern, your day-to-day tasks will be diverse, providing you with comprehensive exposure to EV operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating and managing the daily functions of the electric bike battery swapping hub located in Whitefield, Bangalore.
- Assisting customers with the battery swapping process, ensuring a quick, efficient, and positive user experience.
- Performing routine diagnostics and basic maintenance on electric bikes and battery swapping station equipment.
- Utilizing basic machine learning principles to monitor battery health, predict maintenance needs, and optimize swap station inventory.
- Maintaining accurate logs of battery swaps, customer interactions, and inventory levels using our digital management system.
- Conducting visual inspections of electric bikes and batteries for any signs of damage or wear and tear.
- Ensuring the swapping hub remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and operational standards.
- Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to report issues, suggest improvements, and implement new protocols.
- Educating customers on the benefits of battery swapping, proper bike handling, and how to use the mobile application for seamless service.
- Staying updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety protocols related to electric vehicles and battery technology.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this internship role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
Education & Experience
- A recent graduate with a Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a technical, operational, or customer-facing role. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or project experience involving electric vehicles, batteries, or renewable energy systems is a significant advantage.

- Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in and knack for understanding mechanical and electrical systems, particularly those related to electric bikes and lithium-ion batteries.
