Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BD Mill – Stand & Guide Assembly Helper to join our dynamic team in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in supporting the mechanical engineering department, ensuring smooth operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in assembly and mechanical support within the manufacturing sector, along with an ITI certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and installation of BD Mill stands and guide systems.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: ITI certification in Mechanical or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in mechanical assembly, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BD Mill machinery or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in the UAE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in our manufacturing facility in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi. The position requires on-site presence and involves working in a physically demanding environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Safety gear and training will be provided.
