About the Role

TransAsia Integrate Services is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our Engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 5-10 years of experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to ensure project efficiency and accuracy.

Salary Range: 15-20 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless BIM collaboration.
• Manage and resolve clashes in BIM models using coordination software.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.
• Generate and maintain accurate BIM documentation, including model audits and reports.
• Facilitate regular coordination meetings to review BIM progress and address issues.
• Assist in the integration of BIM with other construction technologies (e.g., 4D/5D simulation).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Coordination: Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and resolve conflicts.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges in BIM workflows.
