Job Description: BIM Manager

About the Role

TransAsia Integrate Services is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our Product Planning department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 5-10 years of experience in BIM management within the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring seamless coordination between project stakeholders, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) for construction projects.
• Manage BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.) and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM models.
• Oversee clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Optimize BIM workflows to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and model archives.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure software and hardware efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and BIM workflows.
• Experience with 4D/5D BIM and project scheduling (Synchro, Primavera).
• Knowledge of LOD (Level of Development) standards.
• Familiarity with clash detection and resolution processes.

Management Skills:

• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Project management experience in construction.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in BIM management within the construction industry.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
