BIM Manager – Full-Time Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager to lead our project coordination efforts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in BIM management within the manufacturing or construction industry. This role involves overseeing BIM processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for large-scale projects.
• Oversee BIM model creation, coordination, and clash detection to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline project execution.
• Manage BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and provide technical support to teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on BIM best practices and software applications.
• Generate detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in BIM management within manufacturing or construction.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale BIM projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
• Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM and digital twin technologies.
