Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our Product Planning Department.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Revit Modeling for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring project accuracy from conception to completion. This is a full-time, on-site role in Al-Naseem, Riyadh, offering a competitive salary of 15-20 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Generate detailed construction drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company BIM protocols.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination meetings.
• Assist in the integration of BIM with other project management tools.
• Provide training and support to junior BIM staff as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Graduation or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically with Revit.
• Proven track record in large-scale construction projects.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Revit Modeling and other BIM software (Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and design coordination.
• Proficiency in clash detection and resolution workflows.
• Knowledge of LOD (Level of Development) standards.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
