Job Description: BIM Modeler (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team in Al-Naseem, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong background in 3D modeling within the construction industry. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary range of 15-20 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for construction projects using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Generate construction drawings, schematics, and documentation from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation using BIM data.
• Provide technical support and training to junior BIM staff.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar).
• Strong expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and MEP systems.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience with clash detection and BIM coordination processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction industry.
• Certification in BIM or related software is a plus.
