Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BMS Supervisor/Manager to join our Service Management team at a reputed construction firm in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency of our facilities.

This is a full-time, on-site role suited for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in BMS Operation. The salary range for this position is 1-2 LPA, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient building operations.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of BMS equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to BMS operations.
• Coordinate with facility teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS with other building systems.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports for BMS performance, faults, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train junior staff on BMS operations and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for system upgrades or repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in BMS Operation and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with BMS software and control systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider).
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or training in BMS or facility management.
• Certification in BMS or related automation systems.
• Basic knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.
