BMS Supervisor Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BMS Supervisor to join our Engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position in the Manufacturing industry, requiring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BMS (Building Management System) supervision. The ideal candidate will hold a Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field and possess strong leadership and technical skills to oversee BMS operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the BMS team to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Building Management Systems to ensure seamless functionality.
• Oversee system installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on BMS operations.
• Generate and analyze reports on system performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for BMS-related components.
• Respond promptly to system alarms or emergencies and coordinate corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BMS supervision within the Manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BMS software (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell EBI).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and automation systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting BMS hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices.

Soft Skills
