Boiler Operator – Class C

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator – Class C to join our Operations team in Kuwait City. This is a full-time role in the food & beverage industry, requiring expertise in boiler operations and steam systems. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and safe boiler operations while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate boiler systems to maintain optimal performance.
• Ensure proper functioning of steam systems and related equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers.
• Maintain accurate logs of pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues promptly.
• Comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Assist in shutdowns, startups, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Class C Boiler Operator License or equivalent certification.

Technical Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in boiler operations.
• Proficiency in handling steam systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Knowledge of boiler safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Basic understanding of control systems and instrumentation.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring systems.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

The role is based in an industrial setting within the food & beverage sector in Kuwait City. The position requires working in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Candidates must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear protective gear as needed.
