Job Summary
Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled Boiler Technician & Operator to join our client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in boiler maintenance and operation, preferably within the agriculture sector. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of boilers, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to industry safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial boilers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of boiler systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in boilers.
- Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, and water levels to ensure safe operations.
- Follow operational protocols and safety regulations to prevent accidents and breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
- Assist in upgrading and installing new boiler systems as needed.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in boiler maintenance and operation.
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems, controls, and safety mechanisms.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to work in challenging environments.
Education & Certifications
- Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Technology, or related field.
- Certification in Boiler Operation or Maintenance is a plus.
- Relevant trade licenses as per Saudi Arabian regulations.
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in boiler operation and maintenance.
- Prior work in agriculture or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with automated boiler systems.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Batha, Riyadh. The position may require working in shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs. Candidates should be prepared to work in industrial settings, including exposure to high temperatures and noise.
