Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure freshness and proper presentation of all breakfast items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ingredient ordering.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow food storage and handling guidelines to minimize waste.
• Adapt to seasonal menu changes and customer preferences.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education Level: Doctorate (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Experience Level: 0-1 year (freshers welcome)
• Required Skills: Basic cooking techniques, food safety knowledge, teamwork.
• Ability to work early morning shifts (5 AM – 2 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a high-energy kitchen environment.
