Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate GNM Nurse (Female) – OT Scrub Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterilization protocols in the operating theater (OT).
• Prepare and arrange surgical equipment, sutures, and medications before procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and assist anesthesia teams as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazardous materials post-surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to anticipate and address needs during operations.
• Document surgical procedures, patient conditions, and post-op care instructions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Certification

• GNM Diploma or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) registration.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Technical & Soft Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an OT Scrub Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in surgical asepsis, sterilization techniques, and infection control.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
