About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bulldozer Operator to join our Construction team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operations, safety protocols, and site preparation. Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently to move, grade, and level earth, gravel, and other materials.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow project specifications and site plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA-equivalent regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling terrain.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• Valid certification or training in heavy equipment operation (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience & Skills

• 0-1 year of experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy machinery.
• Basic knowledge of construction site operations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and project specifications.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Physical stamina to work in varying weather conditions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Al Sulimaniyah, Riyadh. Candidates must be prepared to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme heat and dust. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
